Guests can enjoy easy access via gravel roads, secure fencing around the property, and room to stretch out under New Mexico’s wide-open skies.
Future Additions (Phase Two): Office, showers, laundry, and ice machine facilities will enhance the guest experience soon after opening.

- Guests can relax in the community pavilion, complete with a shaded seating area and BBQ grill, or take their pets for a run in the fenced dog park. You can also enjoy a scenic riverside walking trail just steps from the park and pond.
- The property is fully enclosed with clean gravel roads for convenient navigation, and just beyond the park, visitors will find a city park and stocked fishing pond within easy walking distance—perfect for quiet mornings or leisurely evenings by the water.
- Phase Two amenities—showers, laundry, and an office with guest services—will soon add even more comfort to your stay.
